Salon Policies

• All services are performed based on the current condition, integrity, and history of your hair.
• A consultation and/or strand test may be required before certain services.
• Pricing is determined by hair length, density, product usage, time required, and service complexity.
• Major changes to the service plan may result in adjustments to timing and pricing.
• A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the reserved service amount.
• Arriving more than 10 minutes late may require your appointment to be shortened or rescheduled.
• All services are non-refundable.
• Adjustment appointments are available only when the final result differs significantly from the original agreed-upon service goal and must be requested within the salon's adjustment period.
